Will I require equipment for the online fitness sessions?
Our online fitness facilitators deliver each session so that no equipment is required, however, no equipment does not mean you will not break a sweat! The team will get you up and active, and show you new techniques to target each area of your body.

Yes! Virtual Y will be here for you 24/7. As long as you have registered, you will be able to access Virtual Y no matter what the current restrictions are. -
