We’ve all been experiencing a higher level of anxiety and stress than normal. The COVID-19 pandemic is not only physically affecting millions of people around the world, but it’s also putting a strain on the world’s economy. The repercussions of this situation are like nothing many of us have seen in our lifetimes. It’s normal for us to feel worried and to recognise this. It’s important to make sure we take care of our mental health.
