What’s included in each session

Session 1: Discovery and planning

Week 1 (60 minutes)

A qualified trainer will welcome you to the gym and provide a guided tour. They’ll show you how the gym works, teach you how to use key equipment safely, and get you set up with the Techno Gym App.

Your trainer will then discuss your goals with you and develop a personalised workout program. This includes a weekly plan and recommended programming for you to complete in the gym.

It’s all about removing the guesswork and gym nerves, so you can hit the gym with confidence.

Session 2: Progress check-in

Week 3 (30 minutes)

After your first couple of weeks, you can review how you’re feeling and progressing with your trainer.

If you’re experiencing any challenges or barriers, your trainer can answer your questions, refresh your technique, and adjust your program if needed. You can also update your goals at this stage.

You’ll leave the session with a renewed motivation to keep working towards your goals!

Session 3: Program review

Week 12 onwards (60 minutes)

In this final session, you’ll review your journey so far with your trainer and reflect on your wins and the positive changes you’ve achieved.

To ensure your long-term success, your trainer will help refine or reset your goals, suggest new ways for you to train, and develop a new workout plan.

Now you can step into the future feeling confident, empowered, and ready to crush your goals at the gym and beyond!
