Every week we’ll be releasing a Y-Challenge to help you spark a new connection or interest, get active or tap into your creative nature. They’ll provide an opportunity to have some fun with your friends and family, with a healthy dose of competition to keep things interesting!

The Y-Challenge will not always be physical. Some will be outside and some will be online. You may have the opportunity to draw, paint, write, phone a friend or make up a dance. The challenges will change each week and will be for all ages, stages and abilities.

You’ll be able to share your Y-Challenge creations with friends and family or upload them to social media to interact with an online audience. Plus, if you use #Ychallenge when you upload, you could win the prize for the most creative entry!

Make sure you’re following YMCA Victoria’s Instagram page so you don’t miss the Y-Challenge launch with Casey and Kergen every Friday!
